HPE’s net-new onboarding with Drift started on April of 2021, with me joining the account initially as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on AI. After the first two phases of their Drift onboarding, we began implementing AI in December of 2021 with the Drift CAI beta program. A unique and complex account, with dozens of internal and external stakeholders, this ongoing implementation of Drift’s new AI product is equally challenging and rewarding.
