I took over AI conversation design for HERE Technologies after the departure of a team member in June of 2021. HERE has a relatively complex implementation of AI with 12 unique bots/playbooks to account for geographic and team variables. During my takeover of the account, HERE’s confidence in Drift was at an all-time low. Through facilitating planning workshops, I created a six-month project plan that would see the redesign of their bots from the ground up, refresh their content, and substantially reinforce their classifier. HERE, a B2B and B2C company leverages the power of AI to qualify in real-time which site visitors need connections to their enterprise sales teams or self-serve consumer resources.
